As a Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer, you will be the primary technical resource for sales teams, leveraging expertise in broadcast engineering and streaming technologies to address customer challenges and drive adoption of cloud-based media technology solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on broadcast automation, playout, live production, graphics, distribution, and streaming technologies.
- Solution Design & POCs: Collaborate with clients to understand their broadcast and streaming needs, design tailored solutions, and create customer-focused Proofs of Concept (POCs) with clearly defined success criteria.
- Pre-Sales Support: Lead technical discussions during the pre-sales process, including gathering customer requirements, conducting technical demos, and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products and services, including Amagi CLOUDPORT and Amagi THUNDERSTORM, to build and deliver curated demos, technical presentations, and training materials.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring their long-term success with broadcast solutions.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and technical forums, demonstrating product capabilities and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
