We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mobile Software Engineer to fill a key role in developing a new mobile application for human capital management. This individual will play a pivotal part in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and simplifying payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and enhance mobile iOS features using Swift
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend services via REST APIs
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code, including unit tests to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Collaborate with team members to design features, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems

This position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term project, improving payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users, and build and refine mobile features with Swift while also gaining exposure to PHP, Flutter, Kotlin, and MongoDB.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring 3+ years of commercial Swift/iOS development experience, experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services, familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle, hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), ability to work on ESS (Employee Self-Service) applications, familiarity with unit testing and maintaining code quality, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and upper-intermediate English level.
