Role Description
">- A Senior Medical Information Analyst is required to handle medical information inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
">- Handle medical information inquiries using expertise with MI science skills.
- Author and maintain accurate and fair balanced scientific content collections for designated portfolio.
- Ensure the availability, accuracy, and maintenance of medical content on digital platforms.
- Support key scientific conventions/congresses through participation in meeting's preparation or post-congress involvement with cross-functional teams.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to provide MI updates, discuss customer insights, and learn about priorities.
- Review data and develop routine or ad-hoc reports to communicate inquiry volumes and discuss trends with MI colleagues or business partners.
- Exhibit broad knowledge of the customer journey to MI and be the content strategist ensuring relevant content is created, maintained, and pushed to customers preferred MI channels.
- Maintain compliance with country, regional, and global training requirements on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and local laws, regulations, and marketing practices.
- Good collaboration and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective relationship management and customer orientation.
- Solid skills at critically evaluating literature and writing/summarizing clinical and scientific data.
- Initiative, proactivity, and autonomy to work independently and collaborate in a virtual work environment.
- Advanced level in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pharmacy Degree or Health Sciences Degree.
- Previous experience of 4 years in pharmaceutical industry or in provision of medical information to healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Experience in Medical Information function (preferred).
