Fashion Print Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented Print Designer to join our team at SHEIN. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating original artworks and adapting best seller artworks for our resort collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement print designs for series line prints, collaborating with planners and designers to ensure timely completion of monthly development requirements.
  • Design original print patterns that align with our company brand positioning, including full print and placement print designs.
  • Extend print pattern designs based on our bestselling prints, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and styles.
  • Analyze data related to print development to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
Collecting Print Trends and Planning Relevant Patterns:
  • Maintain and organize our pattern library to ensure easy access to designs and trends.
  • Create product mockups to visualize designs and ensure accuracy.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in garment pattern design, with a strong understanding of resort women's wear style and expertise in printing techniques and plate-making processes.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, as well as excellent hand-drawing skills.
  • Ability to independently match styles based on patterns to fulfill development tasks, with a strong understanding of resort women's wear pattern styles.
  • Strong communication, written expression, language organization, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
  • Clear work approach, proactive attitude, and excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Diligence, efficiency, responsibility, meticulousness, and the ability to handle work pressures effectively.
