Job Title: Senior Local Trial Manager

The primary objective of this role is to lead the execution of clinical trials at designated sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify suitable trial sites, conducting site selection and feasibility assessments, and developing local trial procedures and budget forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site selection and feasibility assessments to ensure trials are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
  • Develop and implement local trial procedures, tools, and budget forecasts to meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality data.
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure trials are delivered within budget.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and site staff, to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in drug development, including GCP and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to travel occasionally.
