The Human Resources General Affairs (HR GA) division plays a crucial role in supporting various corporate sectors within the organization. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executives, facilitating the implementation of HR initiatives while overseeing the corporate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership - Oversee the recruitment and talent management team;
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent management aimed at attracting and nurturing talent within the GA sector;
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational culture;
  • Contribute to the organizational objectives by leveraging relevant data and reports to propose policy and process enhancements that align with HR strategies and address potential risks and opportunities;
  • Business Partnership - Collaborate with leaders across various departments to address HR-related matters such as compensation, talent planning, and performance management, thereby improving efficiency and effectiveness in people management while ensuring compliance with legal standards;
  • Talent Acquisition - Play a key role in the selection process for executive roles, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline for current and future vacancies and supporting the sustainability of the organization;
  • Onboard and continuously mentor leaders to exemplify behaviors that reflect the company's culture and to prepare them for future roles within the organization, thereby contributing to its sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Experience in HR positions, particularly in multinational companies, with a strong ability to work closely with executive leadership and manage global HR projects and cross-border initiatives;
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and comprehensive compensation strategies;
  • Solid grasp of business strategy;
  • Strong cultural awareness, capable of thriving in diverse environments, and proficient in mentoring both leaders and staff;
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management or related fields;

Work Arrangement: This position offers onsite work with the option to work remotely one day per week.
