Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and project delivery by providing analytical support, insights, and recommendations to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Develop and maintain process and solution documentation, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development.
- Monitor project progress, track activity, resolve problems, and publish progress reports.
- Document all work to a high professional standard.
Requirements
- English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Experience in a business analysis or related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of RPA tooling (AA, UiPath, macro creation etc.) and SDLC design would be a plus.
- Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience with online advertising would be a plus.
