Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate and record amounts due to vendors or from clients, entering data into the financial system.
  • Review and distribute invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy.
  • Input invoice data into the financial system and oversee the processing of payments.
  • Reconcile accounts by comparing invoices with purchase orders and other documentation.
  • Address inquiries from clients, conducting research to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Propose enhancements to existing processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:
