Chemical Treatment Specialist

As a Technical Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and operability of chemical treatment equipment on clients' premises. Your primary responsibility will be to perform technical services to ensure the optimal performance of equipment, assist clients' operations in compliance with safety regulations, and conduct chemical control to products used in clients' premises.

• Perform technical services to ensure efficiency and operability of equipment.
• Assist clients' operations in compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct chemical control to products used in clients' premises.
• Detect and report faults and/or product issues.
• Monitor equipment conditions and operation quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a technical service role.
• Experience working with water filtration systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

• Knowledge/aptitude in electricity, mechanical, pumping systems & experience in materials handling.
• Technical or University degree in chemistry or similar.
• 1 year of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
• Hands-on plumbing experience highly preferred; experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment preferred.
