As a Senior Associate in our Financial/Actuarial team, you will play a key role in delivering complex financial analyses and projects involving employer health and group benefit programs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Analyze client data to develop knowledge of varying client complexity by working across different client profiles and roles.">
  • Apply advanced/expert knowledge in employee benefit plan design, underwriting and funding concepts, and H&B tools to provide financial analyses and client deliverables across a region.">
  • Lead multiple employer client teams in developing pricing and employee contributions strategies.">
  • Review technical consulting accuracy on client projects, including direction on benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies.">
  • Communicate complex financial/actuarial/analytic results to drive client action.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years' experience in professional services, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or health underwriting / actuarial function of an insurance company.">
  • Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services.">
  • Experience with big data analytic techniques preferred.">
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables.">
  • Desire and ability to expand relationships with clients.">
