As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative architectural solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional client engagement and satisfaction through collaborative relationships with delivery teams.
The role involves developing architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests in existing deals. You will create an enterprise-wide architecture that ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable. This includes providing solutioning of RFP's received from clients and ensuring overall design assurance. Additionally, you will analyze technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to set a collaboration solution design framework/architecture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing technical leadership to the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions through thoughtful use of modern technology
- Defining and understanding current state solutions and identifying improvements, options, and tradeoffs to define target state solutions
- Clearly articulating, documenting, and selling architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns and proposing investment roadmaps
- Evaluating and recommending solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem
- Collaborating with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues through to resolution
- Performing detailed documentation (App view, multiple sections & views) of the architectural design and solution mentioning all artefacts in detail
- Validating the solution/prototype from technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation point of view
- Identifying problem areas and performing root cause analysis of architectural design and solutions and providing relevant solutions to the problem
- Collaborating with sales, program/project, consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively, and have strong technical knowledge. Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and analyzing complex systems is also essential.
