You will be working closely with our finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash settlement activities, checking banking information and collaborating with banks.

  • Manage treasury banking transactions, including checks and follow-ups.

  • Control and process insurance risk management payments for Latin America and North America.

  • Oversee bank guarantee contracts and payments for all regions.

  • Monitor Alcoa Previ projected cash flow and daily resource allocation controls.

  • Provide backup support for Europe and North America cash settlement activities during vacations and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Power BI knowledge desirable.

  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills.
