Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Join our team at Fairmont St. Andrews, a 5-star luxury hotel and resort in the heart of Scotland's golfing capital. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and members, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcoming guests and members, answering their queries, and providing information on our facilities and services.
  2. Issuing towels, robes, and locker keys to guests and members using our spa facilities.
  3. Providing information and advice on our spa services, treatments, and products.
  4. Answering telephone calls and taking bookings and appointments.
  5. Handling cash and credit card transactions.
  6. Opening and closing the spa as required.
  7. Contributing to the development of an efficient team and taking an active interest in building a positive work environment.
  8. Staying up-to-date with our facilities, treatments, and products to provide expert advice to guests and members.
  9. Being flexible and adapting to the demands of our guests and members.
Requirements:
  1. 2 years' experience in the spa industry or hospitality.
  2. Basic accounting skills.
  3. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  5. Eligibility to work in the UK.
