The primary objective of this role is to drive business planning through data-driven insights by contributing to the continuous exploration and investigation of business performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners, and end users
  • Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces, and process changes required to address capability gaps
  • Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues

This role requires 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis, effective use of complex analytical techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and clear written and verbal communication.

Required Skills:
  • Experience working with Big Data (mandatory)
  • Python programming skills (mandatory)
  • Hadoop/SPARK expertise (mandatory)
  • English language proficiency (advanced level mandatory)
  • Portuguese language proficiency (desired)
