Software Architecture Lead

The Software Architecture Lead plays a key role in designing and delivering scalable digital solutions for businesses. This senior-level position requires expertise in leading complex software projects from architecture to execution, with a strong technical foundation and product mindset.

About the Role

This is a high-visibility role that involves setting technical direction, raising engineering quality, and shipping secure, scalable distributed systems in regulated environments. The successful candidate will own solution architecture and technical roadmap for full-stack services on cloud platforms, design and implement distributed systems for large-scale reliability and performance, and guide hands-on development, code reviews, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement distributed systems for large-scale reliability and performance.
  • Productize data: build services, pipelines, and APIs that turn data into customer-facing capabilities.
  • Guide hands-on development, code reviews, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.
  • Ensure compliance, security-by-design, and auditability for regulated industries.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Golang, Python (NumPy, SciPy), and JavaScript.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and operating cloud architectures in production.
  • 5+ years of experience building enterprise-scale distributed systems and SaaS products.
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare).
  • Proficiency with Jupyter notebooks for analysis and prototyping.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
