Senior Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 10 years of experience in sales and 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop the sales team through joint sales calls and annual business plans targeting new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Marketing department to create impactful promotional materials showcasing our capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs and identifying solutions to succeed in the market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business finance with strong business acumen skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, English language proficiency is mandatory, Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Able to prepare and present complex technology materials.
  • Experience in preparing business documents.
Salary: R$150,000 - R$200,000 per yearAbout Adilstone Group
