This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You'll design and implement end-to-end AI systems that solve real business problems.

  • Design and implement AI solutions for clients across various industries;
  • Develop custom ML models for client-specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics;
  • Assess, clean, and engineer features from complex datasets;
  • Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment;
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders;
  • Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams;
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML best practices;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software development experience with strong fundamentals;
  • 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale;
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration and local deployment;
  • Proficiency with data manipulation tools: pandas, NumPy, SQL, and big data frameworks;
  • Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of ML frameworks;
  • Proven experience with modern AI techniques: RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems;
  • Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects;
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership;
