Job Description
To lead and execute the brand's strategic communications plan across both owned and earned channels. This role ensures alignment with the global marketing strategy while responding quickly to local cultural moments, trends, and platform dynamics. The goal is to strengthen the brand's digital presence, increase relevance, and foster authentic connections with the community through influencer activations and compelling social media storytelling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in developing and implementing public relations strategies focused on increasing brand visibility.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to draft press releases and briefing materials for launches and key products.
  • Aligning social media strategies with the broader marketing calendar and business goals.
  • Ensuring the brand's voice and identity are consistently reflected across all platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing media coverage across online publications, magazines, blogs, and social media, using available tools.
  • Coordinating interviews, events, and product launches, ensuring efficient and successful execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting public relations crisis management by responding promptly and effectively to media and public inquiries.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all external communications.
  • Preparing performance reports to assess the impact of PR activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience through internships or similar roles, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media culture, digital trends, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on knowledge of media monitoring and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with key concepts and trends in public relations and digital marketing.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
