Senior Technical Leader

As a key member of our Engineering Team in Brazil, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Financial Products. Our team is responsible for building the next generation of platforms that will help customers achieve their life goals.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Leader to lead a team of software engineers and deliver outstanding order solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be deeply technical, and have experience managing engineering teams.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Partnering with customer teams to gather requirements and develop a technology roadmap
  • Providing technical leadership to build, develop, and scale the Order Platform extension team
  • Developing systems and software to bring outstanding solutions to one of the largest scalable systems at Uber

The qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology)
  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong leadership skills and deep technical knowledge
  • Experience leading engineering teams and significant experience building and operating critical high-scale systems
