Job Title: Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the employee journey from hire to retire. This position works cross-functionally within the HR Shared Services team to support HR centers of excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle / Process and Program Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Initiate and review core HCM business processes, including offer letters and Workday changes.
  • Manage pre-employment screening, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Administer relocation, tuition reimbursement, and complementary benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR business partners.
  • Manage digital and physical employee files, including responding to information requests and analyzing documents.
Employee Inquiry Support
  • Respond accurately and timely to employee inquiries about HR policies, programs, processes, and services.
  • Work with subject matter experts and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR service center.
  • Microsoft tools proficiency, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to do high-volume work accurately and timely.
  • Fully proficient English level (written and speaking).
  • Experience working with highly confidential, sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
