Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product features throughout all stages, from development to production, including monitoring production issues.
- Rapidly produce well-structured, optimized, and thoroughly documented code.
- Ensure that developed features are scalable, highly available, and free from quality issues.
- Identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers to refine implementation strategies.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Develop unit and integration tests.
- Create low-level design specifications for feature implementation.
- Draft high-level design specifications for feature implementation.
- Conduct detailed and timely code reviews.
- Provide on-call support for team services.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to drive projects to completion.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Golang is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
- Exceptional coding and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with design patterns and fault-tolerant systems.
