Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn and grow with us. As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping, and acceptance criteria definition. You will also take on the role of QA in the final phase to ensure that the delivery meets business requirements.

  • You will gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry (app) and exit (EDI) points.
  • Document integrations, data formats, and business rules.
  • Define PoC success metrics and criteria.
  • Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase.
  • Report defects and monitor their fixes with the technical team.

Key skills required include:

  • Strong English language skills (Advanced).
  • Experience as a BA in mobility and/or systems integration projects.
  • Knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards).
  • Ability to develop test cases and validate functional requirements.

It's advantageous if you have experience with OCR, EDI, or logistics. Agile methodology (Scrum) is also highly valued.
