Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Director to lead internal critical projects such as opening new units, expanding offices, managing warehouses, implementing and migrating systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of projects in an agile, structured, and result-oriented manner.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, scope, and budget.
  • Develop project timelines, identify risks, and manage mitigation plans.
  • Conduct alignment and status meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and facilities teams to ensure integrated deliveries.
  • Act practically in daily project operations, monitoring tasks, removing obstacles, and ensuring continuous progression.
  • Prepare clear status and progress reports for leadership.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager and SAP Consultant in complex SAP and multifunctional projects.
  • Experience in projects like opening new units, expanding offices or warehouses, implementing or migrating systems.
  • A hands-on profile with the ability to make quick decisions and assume ownership of deliveries.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship skills.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation) for communication with internal stakeholders.
