Main Responsibilities:- Manage the production and delivery of audio-visual materials, coordinating approvals and assets with agencies and head office.
- Oversee social media content, influencer contracts, and digital translations.
- Support publicity efforts, including clip releases, featurette launches, and trailer promotions.
- Assist with financial processes, such as vendor setup, billing control, and budget reconciliation.
- Maintain organized marketing materials and key market assets for team access.
- Produce special audio-visual materials upon request, including greetings, Flix Media, vignettes, etc.
- Coordinate marketing workflows among marketing disciplines.
We are looking for dynamic multitaskers with experience in fast-paced jobs, preferably within the entertainment industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and understanding of the creative production process is required. An advanced level of English is necessary, and Spanish proficiency is an asset. We seek candidates with excellent time management abilities, proactivity, communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office Suite is required, and we value SAP and Adobe Creative Suite expertise.
