Internal Communications Specialist

We are building a new Group internal communication approach and driving major projects to engage, connect, and inspire our employees. As a key member of our dynamic Internal Communication function, you will learn new skills and best practices to grow professionally and personally.

Reporting to the Group Internal Communication Manager, your mission will involve:

• Supporting the New Workplace communication and change activities to engage with our employees.
• Creating excitement around the new offices and implementing the change and communication plan.
• Collecting and coordinating feedback from teams and ensuring the quality of communication.
• Developing various communication activities, including internal events, mini-conferences, videos, and feature intranet news.
• Coordinating other project internal communications activities.
• Participating in our Swiss Employer Branding communication plan, supporting the Talent Acquisition team.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Full IT literacy (MS Office).
• Capacity to write internal communications.
• Skilled in video production.
