Recruitment Strategist

Key Role: Senior Talent Strategist

As a senior talent strategist, you will serve as a liaison between clients and stakeholders, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues in recruiting processes.
• Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
• Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
• Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
• Native fluency in English and proficiency in other languages.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured professional presence.
• Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
• Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
