Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Mass Recruitment Program Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for leading mass recruitment programs for logistics sites, securing personnel to achieve smooth receipt and shipment at logistics hubs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of practical and intellectual skills, as well as the ability to rapidly shift and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses, hands-on projects, and project management.

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience required

We are looking for someone who has experience with HR processes and systems, knowledge of HR systems, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
