**Sea Logistics Export and Import Professional Role Summary**: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the coordination of customer shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with haulers and carriers for imports of shipment
  • Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, considering country regulations, export compliance, rate, and routing information
  • Execute shipment and documentation coordination through operational systems, ensuring accuracy in terms of data quality and financial results
  • Monitor operational performance, documenting tasks, carriers, and vendors, escalating concerns if commitments are not met
  • Initiate and resolve rate discrepancies
  • Cost Management
  • Work with Sales and Customer Care on account implementation, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Problem-solving in operation disputes or discrepancies, involving supervisors, managers, or branch managers as needed
  • Guide team members with less experience

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Foreign Trade), Economics, Law, or compatible field
  • Sea logistics experience
  • Fluent English language proficiency
