We are seeking an experienced insurance manager to oversee the delivery of insurance services within our organization.
This role will involve managing local and global insurance programs, reviewing and negotiating contractual clauses related to insurance, and acting as a first point of contact for insurance and risk questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage local and global insurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risks.
- Review and negotiate contractual clauses related to insurance to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Act as a first point of contact for insurance and risk questions from various stakeholders, providing support and developing continuous improvement solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of business reviews with operating units, identifying areas for process improvement and proposing aligned solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of local and global program insurance placements, including market share information, historical exposure, policy, and premium spend.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Law, Insurance Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proven track record in managing local and global insurance programs, with experience in reviewing and negotiating contractual clauses.
