Key Responsibilities:
- Support tax planning and perform complex tax simulations for various taxes.
- Analyze and monitor federal, state, and municipal tax legislation.
- Assist in responding to tax audits and external audits.
- Participate in internal projects focused on process improvements and compliance.
- Develop and implement tax risk matrices to ensure effective management.
- Conduct value chain analysis and translate tax criteria into numerical impacts.
- Collaborate with the legal team in preparing administrative defenses and legal briefs for tax cases.
- Support ERP tax parameterization and process mapping.
- Work closely with Accounting, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business units to provide advisory support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of both direct and indirect taxes.
- Practical understanding of tax legislation and related obligations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate legal interpretations into business practices.
- Experience with Oracle ERP is an asset.
