Job Title: Global Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

This is a challenging role in our Supply Chain team where you will be responsible for managing suppliers, analyzing risks and developing strategies to minimize production losses.

  • Manage deliveries to meet business objectives
  • Promote our company's values and make customer-focused decisions
  • Support relationship management with internal clients, stakeholders, suppliers and service providers

You will be working closely with purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, logistics and suppliers teams to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field and previous experience in similar positions. You should also have intermediate level English language skills, MS-Office and Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliverables according to project deadlines or plant needs, minimizing excess or obsolete stocks
  • Identify problems, update or modify working methods
  • Take the initiative to remove obstacles and solve problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related areas
  • Previous experience in similar positions in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • English: Intermediate level
  • MS-Office: Intermediate level
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Active Driver's licence
  • Available to travel for business when required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Python, VBA and SQL skills
  • Communication, negotiation, problem resolution and analytical skills
