Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Utilize the V cycle model for project implementation and management, ensuring rigorous verification and validation at each phase.
  • Adapt Agile methodologies to meet the unique demands of each project, fostering iterative development.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure effective project execution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Ensure all project outputs adhere to quality standards and comply with client specifications.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change logs.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, emphasizing key milestones, risks, and performance indicators.
  • Continuously assess and enhance project management processes, integrating lessons learned and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, ideally within the automotive or EV software sector.
  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
  • Experience in the automotive sector, particularly in EV software development.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE).
