As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance patient support and satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in developing strategies that align with user feedback and implementing effective policies and content that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Direct and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Employ SQL and project management tools to analyze performance data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Content and Policy Development: Create and enforce policies, guidelines, and content that elevate the customer experience and reflect user insights.
  • Innovation and Strategic Problem Solving: Introduce new concepts and solutions, proactively addressing challenges with strategic foresight.
  • Automation and Machine Learning Integration: Utilize automation and machine learning technologies to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • User Feedback Integration: Establish a feedback loop to ensure that customer needs and expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to share insights and drive initiatives forward.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Formulate detailed project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management or a related field, ideally within technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Basic coding skills and understanding of programming logic.
  • Knowledge of AI fundamentals and experience with automation and machine learning.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in user feedback analysis and methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
