Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This role involves accompanying clients to appointments, assisting with medications, preparing meals, and providing personal assistance with general living needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Home Assistance: Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or offer transportation as needed. Assist with personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Engage in conversation, stimulate, encourage, and assist individuals in their daily lives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Criminal Background Report required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Long periods of standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling may be required.
