About the Role

As a key member of our Finance team, you'll work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning business processes with Salesforce best practices, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address strategic business issues across departments, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce
  • Evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests, leveraging advanced declarative and programmatic tools
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Manage change management and deployment process for Salesforce code base, ensuring high code quality and design patterns
  • Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to design patterns and high code quality
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with expertise in building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and views
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Familiarity with advanced Apex programming concepts, including core design patterns, limits, and bulk patterns
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration with other tools, and third-party applications
  • Expertise in key Salesforce core programming languages, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce
  • English proficiency/fluency, both written and speaking
