About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Gravataí. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals;
• Developing and implementing menu plans and recipes that meet our customer needs;
• Managing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations;
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
• Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices;
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP) preferred.
