We are seeking a talented Service Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving service experiences across various touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user journey.
">As a Service Experience Designer, you will work in multiple projects during the consultancy lifecycle, conducting user research to understand user needs and behavior, analyzing research data to identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement, and developing detailed service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and other design artifacts to design journeys to-be.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
">• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degrees in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications or a related field
">• At least 5 years' experience working in design thinking projects and end-to-end implementation where the proposed design was implemented by a development team
">• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
">• The ability to think strategically and solve complex problems, balancing user needs with business goals
">• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and other relevant tools to aid in conducting discovery and design stages
