Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Microsoft Teams Specialist. This role involves administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations, as well as proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph. They should also have experience managing applications, APIs, and automation, as well as knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
