The Position holder is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and reliable product delivery to customers. They identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work processes and manage risks during service delivery. The position reports to the Business Line PSD Manager.

Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems and work well in teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing services
  • Preparing field deliverables
  • Removing and securing resources
  • Deploying and positioning resources
  • Preparing resources
  • Verifying resources
  • Capturing field data
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of deliveries
  • Assessing and reconciling resources
  • Implementing risk responses
  • Preparing final job deliverables
  • Distributing and archiving final job products
  • Preparing supporting documentation for job invoices
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of job outcomes
  • Executing service delivery
  • Participating in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
  • Developing customer relationships to promote company products and services
  • Maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards through the use of tools like the Compliance Assessment Tool, self-assessments and wellsite inspections
  • Participating in Service Quality Meetings with customers to improve performance using action plans
  • Contributing to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Quality initiatives

Requirements:

  • Completed technical course in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, electromechanics or similar
  • Required experience as a Field Specialist/Lead Cementer in the cementing field
  • Active CFT registration required
  • Availability to work in different states of Brazil where SLB operates
  • Intermediate English language proficiency desired but not mandatory
