Tech Expert for Swedish Industry

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead talent acquisition in Sweden. The goal is to find and recruit highly skilled engineers, with a target of 30,000 by 2030.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis senior-level headhunter will identify and engage engineers interested in relocating to Sweden, while educating them on the benefits of living and working in this wonderful country. Building trust with suitable candidates is paramount.
Key Accountabilities- Finding and approaching local engineering talent within the IT sector
- Influencing potential recruits about the advantages of settling in Sweden
- Nurturing relationships with suitable candidates
The selected individual will collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide, primarily serving clients in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
Requirements and QualificationsA minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or similar technical fields is required.
- An extensive network of local engineering talent within the IT industry
- A customer-centric approach with flexibility
- Exceptional quality and brand awareness
- Knowledge of headhunting and outsourcing/IT companies
- Upper intermediate English proficiency
- Contemporary knowledge of IT technologies and methodologies
