The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Segment Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people worldwide, making an impact by:
- Implementing Sterilization Assurance Solutions portfolio strategies in Brazil
- Facilitating country IBP Portfolio Reviews
- Executing Global NPIs and Commercialization Processes in the country
- Managing prices
- Implementing portfolio strategies in Brazil
- Determining local action plans to leverage Solventum penetration in customers
- Supporting local sales managers, channels, reps, and clinical specialists
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- 5+ years marketing experience with a proven track record delivering business results
- Fluent in English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Experience in marketing and product management/development working in a healthcare or medical device environment
- Demonstrated success building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, analytical, and marketing skills
- Strategic pricing understanding
- Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area-adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
- Able to work in a fast-paced decision-oriented environment influencing others
