Senior Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Strategist to lead our HR function in Brazil, driving growth and compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our regional team to develop and implement effective HR strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our organization's vision and goals.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and exits.
  • Manage internal policies, payroll setup, HRIS systems, and employee records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and innovation.
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflicts, providing fair and timely resolutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics, track data, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on strategic management.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in Brazil or a similar market.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and Brazilian labor law, with a deep understanding of local regulations and trends.
