Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to fill a key role in our product development process. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and ideating features based on user problems and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmarking to understand product features and market competition
  • Documenting product decisions, business rules, user stories, and edge cases
  • Defining a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the vision, strategy, and scope of the project
  • Working closely with delivery managers, designers, and engineers to propose valuable, feasible, and easy-to-use product features
  • Creating and managing product roadmaps based on business needs
  • Participating in ceremonies to ensure the product is evolving in the right direction
  • Assisting with business proposals and design concepts

Requirements:

  • Experience with managing mobile and web digital products
  • Experience with managing product backlogs through agile practices
  • Experience with more than one business model
  • Good organization skills
  • English proficiency
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and teams
  • Product discovery and ideation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience acting as a Product Manager in a service/consultant company
  • Previous experience working with enterprise clients
  • Previous experience working with diverse markets
