**What We're Looking For**:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent;
• Knowledge of financial and accounting management and financial reporting;
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting or related functions;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Extremely strong Excel skills, with experience building financial models and preparing decks that clearly convey analysis and conclusions;
• Fluent in written, reading, and spoken English (Interviews will be conducted in English).

**Your Daily Routine**:

• Responsible for conversion cost planning and variance analysis for month-end activities and forecasting periods;
• Capex planning along with the Engineering department and financial analysis of business cases for new projects;
• Support planning, analysis, and reporting of financial plans and actual results (Annual Plan and Last Estimate vs. Actual results), working closely with local and global finance teams to ensure the consistency of submitted numbers;
• Preparation of financial planning exercises, consolidation, and presentation as well as monthly actual reporting package;
• Pre-checks in the month-end closing activities to ensure costs are booked in the correct period and journal vouchers are completed in a timely manner;
• Accruals & prepayments are completed;
• Support developing of standard product cost (material, conversion, direct, and indirect cost), tracking of actual cost, variance calculation, analysis, and reporting;
• Budgeting, planning, and reporting of production cost and inventories;
• Assist the global team with the analysis of Brazil operations and specifics, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and in line with the company policy;
• Assist the preparation of Entity Balance Sheet and P&L planning, loading to the system followed by accurate check;
• Support monthly variance analysis vs. planned P&L, with a focus on Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis;
• Support the local and global finance organization in projects.

**We'd Love It If You Have**:

• Experience building financial models and preparing decks that clearly convey analysis and conclusions;
• SAP knowledge (product costing);
• Strong communication skills.
