Junior Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Branch Leader. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Direct team members to ensure effective management and productivity
• Manage and analyze key performance indicators using system tools and Power BI
• Prepare daily reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members to discuss performance and goals
• Develop Personal Development Plans (PDI) with team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure high-quality customer service at the branch by maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Maintain fleet quality by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting technical quality control
• Manage the operational fleet of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Meet sales, service, and growth targets by analyzing daily operational indicators and evaluating team performance
• Protect organizational values and standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Higher education
• Leadership potential or experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with performance indicators and analysis
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
