About Cloud Engineering at CloudWalk

The Cloud Engineering team is responsible for transforming infrastructure complexity into competitive advantage. We build rock-solid cloud foundations that enable product teams to deploy confidently without infrastructure blockers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage production Kubernetes clusters (Istio, ArgoCD, Helm)
  • Build secure GCP infrastructure with automated provisioning
  • Implement networking, DNS, and service-to-service connectivity
  • Create infrastructure-as-code that eliminates manual work
  • Build self-service tools that let developers deploy without friction
  • Create 'golden paths' for common infrastructure patterns
  • Automate cluster management and disaster recovery
  • Enable ephemeral environments that spin up in minutes
Required Skills
  • Deep Kubernetes knowledge (networking, security, operations)
  • Cloud expertise (IAM, networking, compute)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, GitOps)
  • Service mesh experience
  • Platform mindset: treating infrastructure as a product for developers
