Machine Readiness Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PDI Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and readiness of our machines for delivery.

1. Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments to identify any exterior or interior damage, component issues, or software concerns.
2. Prepare detailed reports and analyze trends to optimize the PDI process, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering departments to address issues found during PDI and implement corrective actions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Maintain accurate records of new machine arrivals and machines that have completed the PDI process, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
5. Unload goods from trucks and containers efficiently, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
6. Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure smooth material flow, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
7. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and verifying inventory, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
8. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies, maintaining high standards of accountability and transparency.
9. Ensure a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and supporting a positive work environment.
10. Assist with the receipt of incoming shipments and inspect for damage, upholding exceptional quality control standards.
11. Support daily warehouse operations by collaborating with team members, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
12. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
