Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and friendly reception services to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of audits and other administrative tasks.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Team to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
