As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for shipping production code to web products, collaborating closely with product teams, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and contributing to new features impacting millions of lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Web Products: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web products that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the product development process are aligned and executed efficiently.
  • Product Roadmap: You will participate in shaping the product roadmap by providing input on feature prioritization, technical feasibility, and resource allocation.
  • New Feature Development: You will contribute to the development of new features that have a significant impact on our users' lives.
Requirements
  • Experience: You should have a proven track record of developing and shipping products that scale to thousands or millions of users.
  • Customer Obsession: You should be passionate about the field and driven to build high-quality products that serve customer needs.
  • Speed: You should know how to generate ideas quickly and decide which tasks to prioritize.
  • Focus: You should be able to balance busy schedules and remote work environments.
  • Collaboration: You should be able to inspire and negotiate effectively with designers, marketers, and PMs.
  • Tech Stack: You should be familiar with vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript.
