We're looking for a Project Manager who can develop and oversee project plans, establish clear goals, and ensure alignment with all project objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership & Planning: Develop and oversee project plans to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their goals and ensuring alignment with all project objectives
  • Collaboration on Solution Development: Work closely with the sales team and service solution architect during pre-sales activities such as program needs assessments, resource planning, and risk identification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in project management with large-scale software implementation and services deployment projects
  • Experience managing Scope, Quality, Cost, Scheduling, and Risk in complex projects
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and team collaboration
  • Technical proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and other project management tools
  • PMP certification is highly valued
